.Here is another simple recipe.

.Ingredients:

.100ml of lager

.One and a half cups of flour

.Half a tablespoon of salt

.One tablespoon of paprika

.Extra flour (for coating the fish prior to battering)

.Method:

.

.Take a large mixing bowl and add 200ml of Lager,

.one and a half cups of flour,

.half a tablespoon of salt,

.and one tablespoon of paprika

.

.Whisk the ingredients into a batter mix.

.

.In a shallow frying pan heat enough oil to just cover the fish.

.

.The temprature of the oil needs to be fairly hot, around 375 F before adding the fish.

.

.Tip:

.

.Let the oil heat up until you can put a piece of bread in the oil and the oil bubbles vigoursly all around the bread.

.

.This is about the right temprature for frying batter mixes.

.

.Dip your fish into the remaining flour so that the fish is evenly coated.

.

.Then dip your fish in your batter mix.

.

.Lower the fish into the hot oil.

.

.Turn the fish once to ensure the batter crisped on both sides.

.

.Enjoy.
