.Ingredients:

- . 1 Chicken breast
- . 2 ounces onion chopped
- . 1 pinch Chili powder
- . 1/4 pint warmed Milk
- . 1/2 tablespoon of natural Yoghurt
- . 1/4 ounce Almonds ground
- . 1 1/2 tablespoon Chicken stock
- . 1 pinch Cinnamon
- . 1 pinchteaspoon Garam Masala
- . 1 pinch teaspoon Cardamom
- . 1 pinch teaspoon Garlic powder
- . 3/4 tablespoon oil divided

. PREPARATION

- . Heat half the oil in a pan and brown chicken.
- . Heat the remaining oil and fry onion, spices and garlic over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
- . Return chicken to the pan.
- . Stir in the salt, stock, milk and almonds.
- . Bring to the boil.
- . Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
- . Stir in the yoghurt and garam masala and reheat.
- . Best served with good friends!
